Simply Education are looking to speak with Qualified Teachers that are looking to work in Primary Schools in the Weston-Super-Mare area of North Somerset. This is to cover day to day supply, short/or long term contracts and permanent posts.
We are working collectively with schools in Weston and the surrounding areas to provide day to day supply staff. With this large demand for teachers, Simply Education is seeking teachers that would like to take a step back from all the heavy marking and be able to pick their own hours. Supply is a great way to either get back into teaching or for those wanting to work part time. We are a locally-based staffing agency providing supply work to teachers and support staff across the UK.
Simply Education is working with a huge variety of primary schools and academies based in and around North Somerset, who require eager and knowledgeable primary teachers. The duration varies depending on assignments. If you pride yourself in being able to deliver creative, fun and engaging lessons we really want to hear from you! The successful candidates must be hard working, with the ability to adapt quickly to new environments and committed to making a difference in the classroom.
The successful candidate must have experience of teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage and will have excellent classroom practice.
To be a successful supply Teacher you will need to:
- Be a newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) or have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE or Bachelor of Education
- Have the ability and experience of teaching in Key Stage 1 & 2
- Have strong classroom management skills
- Be able to deal with challenging behaviour
- Have a creative approach to teaching
- Be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team
