About the role
The purpose of this role is to provide support to the finance systems team, providing administrative support and being adherent to finance processes.
You'll be responsible for setting up new suppliers and new users across our finance systems and supporting these systems users along the way. You'll support the finance team in relation to financial data record keeping, writing and updating user and process guides, maps and intranet content page.
About you
You'll have a high attention to detail and be Microsoft Office literate with a willingness to learn new IT packages.
You'll have good communication skills as you'll be interacting with various people at all levels across the business by both phone and email. You'll also understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality when dealing with personal information.
