Human Resources & Business Quality Manager

Full-time permanent position

Location: Bristol

Role & purpose

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and resourceful HR and quality manager to join our waste and resource efficiency consultancy team and support our drive for continual improvement.  

The role will implement people management strategies in support of the organisation’s strategic aims, oversee the company’s key business management systems, maintain accreditation of the EMS & QMS systems and support the Executive to undertake the annual B Corp impact assessment. The aim of the role is to support the continual improvement of the business through implementing appropriate personnel development and support practices and business systems.

The post holder will work 37.5 hours per week. The position will be based in Bristol.

Starting salary:  £23,500 - £31,000 depending on experience
