Salary: £20,000
Hours of work: 39+ Hours Per Week & Cover

As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
Leading a team of carers to provide high quality and support to our residents
Working closely with the team to provide choice, dignity, wellbeing and encourage independence
Liaising and creating a good rapport with GPS, district nurses and families
Developing and motivating your team, Including regular supervisioons
Administering and auditing medication
Ensuring the residents home is always safe and well presented

Requirements:
You are required to have a NVQ level 3 to be considered for this role
An experienced team leader with strong care skills
Highly motivated team player with good communication skills
Flexible, well-organised and proactive
Keen to learn new skills and develop your role
Demonstrate strong leadership skills
