We are looking for a Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Beauty Therapist to work as a Spa Therapist/Receptionist at an award-winning Spa.
Main duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for delivering a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing and manicure/pedicure) to an extremely high standard
• Assist the Beauty Management Team
• Carry out a range of Reception duties, including telephone bookings & inquiries of Treatments, Fitness Appointments & Day Spas
• Meeting & greeting all clients, carrying out Facility checks, laundry duties and assisting with Food & Beverage service
• Achieve retail targets
• Carries out any other reasonable tasks requested by Management Team to aid the smooth running of the Spa
Experience and skills required
• Qualified to NVQ Level 2/ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent
• Computer literate
• Excellent Customer Service
• Self-motivated
• Good team player
