Our client is recruiting for relief/bank staff to support with cover, long term and short term placements across the whole trust.

Our client is recruiting for Support Workers (Children and Young Adults) for their schools, residential homes and support living services across Greater Manchester. The Trust supports a wide range of Children and Young Adults who have varying requirements. As part of their relief team you will play a key role in supporting fulltime staff with required cover. It is also a great opportunity to gain more experience.
Your main responsibilities will include;
• Supporting the needs of Children and Young Adults
• Creating a safe and positive environment whether in an educational or residential setting.
• Working as part of a team to ensure safeguarding at all times.
• Mentoring and supporting the children with all aspects of life including care, promoting independence, education, health and encouraging them to make positive life choices.
• Personal Care which could include bathing, toileting, dressing & feeding.
