This Company is an ambitious family owned business, seeking to recruit a high calibre Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across the UK. The successful candidate will be selling adhesives and adhesive solutions to a number of industries, but primarily Food & Packaging. Liaising with Procurement Managers and Production Managers. Prospecting new business and developing existing accounts, this is a great opportunity for a proven new business hunter to develop their skills further within our growing business.
The Role Is:
- To proactively develop new business, pitching and demonstrating our products & solutions
- To take full responsibility for achieving our Sales budget
- To take accountability for our internal Tele-Sales approach
- To work closely with our Digital Marketing team, developing effective campaigns & content
- To demonstrate a clear understanding of our business model and product offering
- To stay current in the market on product development and leverage this with customers
- To understand commercial factors, in order to establish & propose sound financial solutions
- To maintain accurate records of all customer contact, via the company CRM, as necessary
The Successful Candidate:
- Will be a successful new business hunter with a demonstrable track record
- Will have an advantage if they have background in selling into the Manufacturing sector
- Will have the ability to develop rapport and to establish trust, to ensure repeat business
- Will be a self motivated and driven individual, always looking to over achieve set targets
- Will install confidence and represent the company in a professional and polished manner
- Will consistently display a positive attitude, extending respect and courtesy to all contacts
- Will be well presented and approach customers in a considered and consultative manner
- Will be a hard working individual, who is highly organized and very punctual
