An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Driver/Labourer based in North Kensington/West London. Within the role, you will carry out general labouring work including general repairs, maintenance and refurbishment. You will also assist operatives on two man jobs with the responsibility for waste management for the branch.

Conducting basic responsive repairs, you will undertake general labouring attendances for all trades whilst assisting with site deliveries and distribution of materials and plant. In addition, you will remove debris from site, buildings and/or properties and garden areas and will erect user and dismantled access equipment.

In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have previous experience of working in the Building Construction/Maintenance industry.  With the ability to demonstrate thorough knowledge of skills, technology and safety procedures, you should be able to understand and interpret work instructions.

In addition, you will be able to establish and maintain good customer/client relationships as well as working well as part of a team or independently.

 

Candidates for this position must hold a full UK driving licence
