Providing comprehensive administrative, financial and clerical services and contributing to the efficient running of the administration office.
A genuine interest in self-development and progression is required, together with the ability to work as part of a team. This position offers full support and training.
Duties to include: -
- General office duties
- Answering telephone / general enquiries
- Scanning, filing and photocopying
- Ordering replacement stationary / office sundries
- Ad hoc additional administrative tasks.
Excellent communication skills, a good standard of education, with high levels of literacy and numeracy is required. The chosen candidate will be professional, polite, organised with initiative and have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Salary negotiable dependent upon experience.
