Restaurant Manager – London Bridge – up to 35k
We are currently seeking an Restaurant Manager to join the team in the running of this beautiful, full service restaurant in the London Bridge are of London.
The company consist of 5 restaurants within London, each having their own style but providing consistent exceptional service to all guests. With plans to expand, the company offer great opportunities to progress to the next level.
The ideal candidate will already be in a Restaurant Manager position, or the equivalent, for at least 2 years. You will have experience in managing all aspects of a restaurant, including all financial aspects and working with targets and budgets. Managing a full service restaurant with weekly sales of around £30,000 is essential.
You will be an ambassador for exceptional customer service; leading your team from the front and inspiring everyone around you. As a Restaurant Manager you will be hands on, and be able to support the restaurant in getting to the next level through strong leadership and financial management.
