CDS is on a mission to make co-op and community led housing a mainstream option – with homes for rent and ownership available at a range of prices.
We are the largest co-op housing service agency in England, providing landlord and back office services to more than 40 co-ops and 2,200 co-op members. We are also a landlord with around 1,000 homes.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to lead our client services team. You will be passionate about delivering a professional landlord and business support service that consistently impresses our client co-ops whilst enhancing our reputation and our bottom line.
