We are seeking an ambitious, creative and dynamic individual to help us grow our business. This is an exciting and rare opportunity to develop your career whilst building your own communication and fundraising team.
The communication and Fundraising Manager will be responsible for delivering against the organisations Communications and Fundraising Strategies which have been developed by the Senior Leadership Team. You will ensure that the public are engaged with The Bridge, to increase their understanding of the services we offer and the real stories of our clients.
The post holder will work closely with the Business Development Manager and Senior Leadership Team to ensure that fundraising activity is implemented and managed effectively to generate significant income against service and organisational budgets and targets which support the organisations 5 year strategy.
We will also consider applications from exceptional Student Graduates who possess the skills and abilities outlined within the person specification and who are looking to develop their career in the voluntary sector.
