Broker Development Manager

One of the UK's largest Insurance Networks is looking to recruit an experienced BDM's across to expand and develop profitable relationships with a dedicated panel of member Brokers.
The Role
You will be responsible for sourcing new network members acroass the UK. Acting as the focal point of contact and ensuring the relationship is mutually profitable through regular, effective communication working with members on business opportunities and generally offering sound support to assist growth of their business and our clients account.
You will be responsible for ensuring the Broker realises true value from their membership with our client.
The Person
You will be an established BDM, preferably with a solid reputation amongst independent brokers in the region, you must be credible and able to earn the trust of your clients, always ensuring you can add real value to our members and potential clients.
You will have experience in vesting the customer experience at the core of your objectives where you can add advice and knowledge to your clients to enable them to develop and grow their business. You will need the ability to form and develop business relations with your Broker panel and a considered approach to writing business.
