Staff Nurse - GBP16.50 + Welcome Bonus - Stratford-upon-Avon
I am currently recruiting for a Staff Nurse to join an exceptional elderly nursing home. As part of an established and successful elderly care group, this medium sized care home located in Stratford-upon-Avon requires someone to provide exceptional care to patients needs and requirements; including specialist care for patients with dementia, physical disabilities, and the elderly frail. Your role
* Taking responsibility for the well-being of our residents, including making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met
* Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualized care plans for each of the residents
* Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies and legislation
* Maintaining healthy and professional relationships with the residents, relatives and colleagues
Role Requirements
* Are a registered nurse RGN with a valid NMC pin
* Have previous experience in working with elderly patients and dementia
* Be able to complete and pass a DBS check
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Have thorough knowledge of the CQC standards
* An opportunity for senior or experienced nurses to progress
