Are you passionate about caring for others? We are actively recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to work at our Greater Manchester Location and join our growing team. 

As an effective Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for understanding the patients’ needs and responding appropriately in order to offer patients an efficient and quality service. You will be accountable for booking patients into appointments in line with best practice and responding to queries offering a first time resolution. The role includes  communicating  relevant information in a professional manner via email to internal and external customers and maintaining appropriate records and keep information up to date and relevant.
