Mechanical Site Manager - Building Services - Residential - London - Freelance 

A two year contract for a Freelance Mechanical Site Manager on large mixed use development in London.

I have a fantastic opportunity for a Mechanical Site Manager to join a leading player in the building services market who is one of the industrys largest independent contractors. They have an annual turnover approaching £200m. The group has been at the forefront of the building services industry for over 70 years and is totally committed to quality, service and innovation.

The role:
· Overseeing a multi-million pound residential/mixed use development. 
· Managing the mechanical package and overseeing the supervisors on site. 
· The key point is ensuring health & safety procedures are adhered to. 
· Managing the sub-contractors on site. 

Experience required:
· Experience of working as a site manager for an M&E contractor. 
· Good understanding of health and safety is key. 
· SMSTS.  
· First Aid.
