Hours per week: full time

Neighbourhood Officer

Salary: circa £27k p.a. plus benefits

Reporting into the Housing Manager, you will:

• Provide excellent day-to-day housing management service to residents

To be successful in your application for the role, you will have:

• experience of working in a housing management role and in a social housing setting. 
• Knowledge of welfare reform, lettings and arrears management, property maintenance  
• Good knowledge of Landlord & Tenant Law
• Experience of working with and involving residents to improve services
• Strong attention to detail and an analytical approach to problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills for working with residents and colleagues.
• Competent I.T skills including Microsoft Office packages.
