Night Manager - Manchester City Centre

My client operates several hotels across the Northwest and is looking for a strong experienced NIGHT MANAGER for it's busy city centre site.

Managing a team of between 2 and 3 night auditors the Night Managers role is to ensure the smooth running of the hotel between the hours of 11pm and 7am.

The majority of the hotels financial and operational reports are produced during the evening shift along with the safety and security of all staff and guests during the night time hours.

A team with great character and drive to work awaits the suitable Night Manager for this busy city centre property and as the hotel is part of a wider group there is a lot of opportunity to progress career within this brand or others that the company manage.

The night team are also responsible for preparing the most important meal of the guests day - BREAKFAST and as Night Manager a keen eye to detail for presentation and quality of products served at this time is an essential part of the role whilst ensuring fresh items are displayed in time but not too early for the early risers.
