Our client is a well know specialist home furnishing brand with a strong heritage, backed up by comprehensive customer service and sales service. They have over 270 stores across the UK and have a simple mission to be the number one brand in their field, offering outstanding customer experience, through better products, better value and better service. Due to continued growth they are now looking for a field based Regional Sales Manager.

Reporting into the Divisional Controller the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for 21 stores and an area largely covering Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, Bedfordshire and Middlesex. As Regional Sales Manager you will ensure your region achieves all sales and profit targets. You will meet KPI’s on your area which include sales v target, LFL sales and all other business KPI’s. You will be a Regional Sales Manager who develops a high performance sales culture through an engaging leadership style, whilst motivating and inspiring a dynamic management team. You will create a strong customer service focus to ensure that the customer is central to all activities and decisions.

 Regional Sales Manager – Desired Skills

- You will have proven area/regional sales management experience and a track record of achieving targets and KPI’s in a multi site background

- You will be self motivated with a genuine flair for sales, passionate and a great brand ambassador with a strong coaching management style

- You will be very engaging, dynamic and constantly striving to achieve sales growth through effective people management, leadership and business planning

- A strategic thinker with the ability to execute and communicate the retail plan set by the senior team

- Ability to work effectively in a highly pressurised, challenging and demanding environment

- In addition you must be able to demonstrate a strong background in managing underperformance and change management

- Weekend and evening trading is essential to our business therefore you must be flexible to work frequent evenings and weekends as required

- Full UK driving licence

This is a challenging role that will offer pace and operational autonomy.
