Position is for 2 year maternity cover. May lead to permanent position.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities Customer Service
- Maintain and constantly strive to improve Kooltech’s high standards of Customer Service.
- Liaising with sales channels to co-ordinate successful delivery of customer orders, undertaking follow-up action for order confirmation.
- Maintain regular customer contact and ensure a speedy response to each and every customer enquiry including distributing literature to meet customer demands or as requested by Regional Project Managers.
- Promote the Kooltech portfolio by providing customers with detailed knowledge of products, support services and current market trends.
- Establish informal rapport with customers to obtain market intelligence on prevalent competitive pricing policies, additions/deletions to product offerings or special promotions intended/currently in vogue.
Administration
- Administer customer project orders, including acknowledgement, order entry onto in house computer systems.
- Proactively agree delivery schedule with the customer, fulfil this requirement working productively by arranging equipment availability and deliveries with Mitsubishi.
- Weekly or as directed provide a project forecast detailing invoicing schedules.
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with Mitsubishi, ensuring deliveries are planned well in advance via clear and concise written and oral communication.
- Processing Sales and Purchase Orders; maintaining Branch records and other duties as instructed by the Regional Technical Manager;
- Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures in all aspects of Branch operation, including authorised pricing and discount structures;
- Working closely with the Finance Team and Sales Managers identify any potential credit issues which would prevent or delay shipments
- Provide administrative support for the team with presentations and events
Stock Control
- Proactively Plan the delivery’s to site and provide advance notice to Mitsubishi to ensure stock availability.
- Produce a weekly project forecast sheet highlighting the project shipments and invoicing.
- Efficient planning and execution of delivery schedule, minimising transport and carriage costs whilst maintaining high levels of Customer Service.
Salary: £24,000.00 to £26,000.00 /year
