Manufacturing Co-ordinator
Brewis Engineering Ltd, based in Frome, Somerset, are seeking a dynamic engineer to contribute to all engineering functions within a small company, particularly the use of the company MRP system and the raising of works/purchase orders.
Experience in Engineering is required, computer skills, enthusiastic and willing to be able to diversify themselves to a variety of production tasks.
Main job description:-
Use of company MRP system (123 Insight) Ability to read/understand engineering drawings Raising of works/purchase orders Liaising and organising quotes from suppliers Updating/altering/creating production routes/bills of material Assembly and final inspection tasks Stores cover during holiday periods - booking in, picking kits etc Liaising with company Directors.
Requirements:-
Computer literate (Windows, MS Office, Excel, Word, etc) Knowledge of MRP systems Engineering purchase experience Experience in the Manufacturing environment of CNC machining. Good communication skills Flexible attitude. Willing to adapt to requirements
40 hour week over 5 days.
Company pension scheme.
Salary dependant on experience
