£17,000 per annum Basic (£45,000 OTE)

++ Excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a good personable and telephone manner and be computer literate to join a Which approved Hot Tub Spa leader since 1929 ++ 

Key Role Responsibilities:

+ Negotiate best prices with customers to sell hot tubs, pools (where applicable), water care and accessories, meeting targets as set by the Sales Manager.

+ Maintain high quality of cleanliness and tidiness in showroom at all times. 

+ Maintain high quality of cleanliness of all display hot tubs and pools (where applicable) at all times. Perform regular water chemistry checks and maintain accurate reports at all times.

+ Maintain excellent product knowledge and technical information required to demonstrate the products.

+ Host promotional activities and display POS when required, ensuring up to date marketing and information is displayed as issued.

+ Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods in a timely manner, by telephone, post and personal visits if required.

+ Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.

+ Use database, updating customer and prospect records appropriately, and in a timely fashion.

+ Train and maintain staff direct report staff with the ability to use the above. 

+ Carry out market research on competitors and customers reporting any relevant information to management.

+ Liaise and attend meetings as required and attend Company training courses. Offer support to other showrooms within our group. 

+ Check stock availability and to allocate stock sold to customers.

Process customer payments accurately and immediately using the SAGE system. Perform end of day banking and submit receipts to Head Office.

Carry out site surveys and home visits, or organise site surveys and home visits within the group, as and when required.

Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to care of equipment.

Retail Showroom Manager Required Skills:
