This is a new permanent position for an experienced Commercial & Fleet Administrator to join a growing company in Kings Langley reporting to the Finance Manager. You will be responsible for a wide range of administration and office tasks in order to provide an efficient and accurate service.
The ideal candidate will have initiative and be able to hit the ground running and they will thrive in creating and maintaining company admin processes.
Duties will include:
- Administration of the company fleet with regards to arranging servicing, road tax, MOT's and vehicle maintenance as well as assisting with any insurance claims or vehicle related queries
- Administration of the mobile phone contract including upgrades, replacements and new users as well as assisting in the renewal of the contract
- Assist with the renewal of all utilities contracts
- Assisting the accounts department with daily responsibilities
- Managing company overheads for all serviced contracts
- Dealing with the company's I.T hardware and contract requirements
- Asset management & control to ensure all company assets are accounted for
- Managing and ordering of office consumables
- Issuing & ordering company uniform, ID cards, trade cards & equipment
- Dealing with any building repairs & maintenance required
- You will also need to have a clean license as you may be required to drive company vehicles
Skills required:
- Excellent customer care skills
- Proven organisational/coordination skills and attention to detail
- Good communication/telephone skills as you will be dealing with staff internally & externally at all levels
- Intermediate MS Office skills to include Word, Excel & Outlook
