Electrician - Statutory Tester

A rare opportunity has arisen within the Electrical Engineering Services Department based at Tunstead Quarry, Buxton, as an Electrician - Statutory Tester.

Working as a conscientious and flexible member of a small testing team, the successful candidate will need to be able to deliver safe, effective and efficient electrical Low Voltage inspections and statutory testing works, producing concise condition reports for our heavy production process plants and commercial installations throughout the Lime and Powders Tunstead and Hindlow sites.

Qualifications / Experience Required:

- Electrical engineering discipline to a minimum of NVQ L3 Diploma or equivalent.
- Time Served Trade Apprenticeship to a minimum of Level 3 or equivalent.
- BS7671 Electrical Regulations.
- C&G2394/5 Electrical Testing and Inspection.
- 3 Years electrical statutory testing or electrical maintenance / installation experience in a quarrying or heavy industrial material handling environment.
- Computer literate and capable of utilising MS Office and bespoke reporting and scheduling applications.
- Full UK Driving License.
