Project Leader - French Language - Bus Transport Solutions

The Company is a leading specialist provider of tailored solutions to the transport community, solving complex operational requirements both on and off vehicle.

They are looking for a technically oriented Project Leader to be based in either their London (Croydon) or Midlands (Ashby de la Zouch) offices. This role is the primary phone, email and website contact for their bus operator customers throughout France and requires fluent spoken and written French language capabilities along with good Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills.

Ideally you will have some technical knowledge to understand what the on-board systems do and experience in providing project management & customer support; liaising with engineering and service teams to ensure any issues are quickly resolved. You will be expected to travel within France occasionally to provide pre-sales and customer support and be on-site before, during and after the short installation programmes; to ensure the systems are commissioned and fully operational.
