Receptionist/Administrator £14,600 - £16,500 per annum
Full Time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
This is an opportunity to join a specialist software provider to the global insurance industry. Established in 2003 the company has enjoyed an average growth of 25% per annum to become one of the leading software providers in the industry, with over 100 clients worldwide. They employ over 200 staff in 4 offices across the UK and Poland, with its head office located in a converted barn on the outskirts of Winchester. They have the following exciting new opportunity located at their office in Colden Common, Winchester.
They are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator to provide assistance with all aspects of reception and administrative work.
The successful candidate will be IT literate and confident when using Word, Excel and Outlook. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and able to liaise with clients and colleagues at all levels in a professional manner.
The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Support with general Reception day to day duties, including client and visitor hospitality, incoming and outgoing post, answering the telephone, directing calls and taking messages as appropriate
- To take full ownership of booking all employee travel and accommodation requests, liaising through their third party company in a timely and accurate manner.
- Organising meetings, diary management and providing any necessary administrative support to Executive Managers.
- Updating and recording of all employee holiday records.
- Resolve or report any queries relating to general office/premise maintenance in a timely manner and be responsible for the ordering and monitoring of all office supplies.
- Responsible for maintaining the office throughout the day to ensure that public areas and meeting rooms are tidy and presentable at all times.
- As requested provide administrative support to the Administration and Accounts Departments.
The ideal candidate will be extremely proactive in their work style, efficient, and always willing to do more. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
