This company is looking for a creative, self-starting, enthusiastic marketing guru to join their ambitious and growing team in their international Franchising business.

Through their franchise model they help HR professionals to fulfil their dreams of setting up and growing successful HR businesses. These HR businesses (franchisees) support over 6,000 SME business owners throughout the UK, Ireland and now in Australia to achieve business success through their greatest asset, their people.

Working with a small, skilled and dedicated team you will help to develop the company as a global brand and you will support HR professionals with their marketing strategies to grow their businesses.

They are the market leader in HR franchising and you will help us stay the market leader and to achieve their ambition of being an effective and authentic voice of SMEs.

Role highlights
You will raise the profile of the brand utilising cutting edge marketing techniques alongside your creative flair.

You will employ existing and new techniques and strategies to generate leads and new revenue streams for the company and its franchisees.

You will copywriter engaging content in their tone of voice for all media and for differing audiences.

You will mentor and support their Franchisees in the UK and internationally to become excellent marketers of their businesses providing them with first class resources to make them stand out from their competition.

Your skills
- A drive and energy and passionate about success with a willingness to work flexibly and effectively as part of a small winning team
- Strong experience in a marketing role
- Chartered Institute of Marketing accreditation desirable but not essential
- A marketing or business degree with a marketing module essential
- An excellent working knowledge of social media
- Experience of working with websites
- Excellent copy writer with an attention to detail
- Hard working, strong organisational skills with a sense of humour
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels
