This council is looking for exceptional individuals with a passion for customer service and excellent interpersonal skills to provide vital services to their customers. Having experience of working in a Contact Centre or Face to Face environment, you will use your skills and knowledge to provide advice and effective delivery of services to their customers.

You will be required to deliver a Face to Face and/or Telephone service to their customers with a wide range of enquiries including, Street scene, Housing, Environmental Health, Revenues and Benefits and more services are planned to come into the Contact Centre and One Stop Shop.

You will be expected to work closely with all service teams to ensure a seamless service to their customers to ensure:-

- You provide an effective customer focused service
- Close working with service colleagues, seeking customer feedback and resolving complaints
- Performance Targets are met
- A flexible approach
- A can do attitude

These posts will be based in Customer Services department which is part of the Customers and Culture division, which is at the Guildhall.
