This council is looking for exceptional individuals with a passion for customer service and excellent interpersonal skills to provide vital services to their customers. Having the opportunity to work within their award winning Contact Centre or/and Face to Face environment, you will use your skills and knowledge to provide advice and effective delivery of services to their customers.
Your assistance in their promotion of Channel shift incentive is essential. They deliver a wide range of service to their customers including, Street scene, Housing, Environmental Health, Revenues and Benefit. You will be expected to work closely with all service teams to ensure:
- You provide an effective customer focused service
- Close working with service colleagues, seeking customer Feedback and resolving complaints
- Performance Targets are met
- A flexible approach
- A can do attitude
These posts will be based in the One Stop Shop and the Contact Centre, which are both based in the Guildhall.

Successful candidates at shortlisted stage will undergo a telephone assessment.
