Our client is seeking a Sales Office Coordinator to join their successful team
- You will be responsible for managing the sales orders and carrying out administration tasks in a busy sales office.
- Delivering exceptional customer service via telephone and emails.
- Creating good visual email campaigns
- Up- selling products to a variety of clients.
The successful candidate will be:
- Composed, confident and have a friendly disposition
- You will have excellent written communication skills
- The ideal candidate will be numerate, accurate and highly organised
- Experience with an on line retailer would be ideal but not essential
- Strong IT skills with the ability to pick up numerous product lines quickly
