To support this growth and our exciting 5-year plan, we are looking for an International Brand Manager to join our Supplements Marketing team.
About the Brand Manager role
Our Brand teams have one of the most exciting jobs in Pukka – they’re our global brand champions - and this role is pivotal in making supplements a success internationally, with a focus on Germany. Because we’re Pukka you’ll be expected to keep ahead of the competition, so we’re seen as leaders in our field of herbal expertise and create ground-breaking marketing activity that retains our position as one of the smartest, most beautiful and yet authentic brands in the world.
You’ll be the Supplements champion, gaining an in-depth understanding of the consumer and category, sharing insights and knowledge to inform the brand plans. You will work closely with the sales and communication teams to develop compelling market plans and ensure the marketing is executed flawlessly, including innovating and refreshing our range, evolving the packaging design and developing beautiful in-store POS.
You will work closely with the Head of Supplements implementing the supplements strategy to ensure sustainable, profitable growth and you’ll take full P&L responsibility and have the exciting opportunity to work beyond a classic FMCG brand role. We are a small team which means you’ll be given freedom to make a real difference, flex your creativity and work with a brand that champions the environment and sustainability.
You’ll have a degree-level qualification gained in Marketing or a Business-related subject and relevant brand marketing experience within an FMCG business, ideally in healthcare, food, drink or beauty. You’ll inspire others through your passion and enthusiasm and have solid experience of developing, managing and executing brand plans and launching new products using integrated campaigns (digital, experiential, social and PR). Experience of international and/or UK sales channels is also needed.
You’ll have an investigative and inquiring mind, be naturally inquisitive and able to mine information and data to quickly draw insightful conclusions. You’ll have a good level of attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger picture.
Comfortable to work at pace within an entrepreneurial environment, you’ll have excellent organisation and planning skills that allow you to focus and manage projects flexibly to deliver to tight deadlines.
You’ll be looking for a role that allows you to be creative, to be visible within a small marketing team with the opportunity to work closely with senior decision makers.
