Job Role: Door To Door Fundraising Manager

Location: Leeds

Salary: £22,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)

Days/Times: Monday–Friday 1000 – 1800 (flexible)

Due to our continued, impressive growth and internal movement, we are looking for an honest and hard-working Door To Door Fundraising Manager who shares our values.

This is a key role within the talented JUST Fundraising team and your opportunity to be instrumental in the delivery of significant fundraising growth.

Door To Door Fundraising Manager - Responsibilities:

- Recruit, train and hire teams of effective face-to-face fundraisers (On site and office based)

- Cultivate existing teams of Door to Door fundraisers

- Train staff to engage donors in ethical and compassionate conversations resulting in monthly donations

- Location management

- Results reporting to upper management team

- Fostering a work environment of honesty, respect and effectiveness

- Participating in creating, maintaining and utilising management information, including direct donor feedback and data collection inputting into relevant systems as appropriate

This is an exciting role for someone able to build strong relationships and work collaboratively across the company. You will use your knowledge and passion to inspire colleagues and deliver training, development and support. You will be an experienced and inspirational manager, comfortable with managing Fundraisers who are professionals in their field and able to provide them with motivational support & leadership. 

Door To Door Fundraising Manager - Key Skills / Experience:

- A proven record of high quality face to face fundraising

- Experience as a fundraising leader

- Proven ability to manage both large and small teams

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency with working with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.

- Ability and willingness to travel

- A positive, outgoing and personable attitude, grounded in equality and passion for helping others

- Compassionate and mentoring managerial capacity

Successful applicants are likely to be able to demonstrate a proven track record of success within the Charity Sector and an in depth understanding fundraising.

Your proven track record of initiating and building effective and dynamic teams using your charm and personality but remaining ethical and professional will be valuable, as will your ability to work across an organisation and your skills to establish your professional credibility
