We are working with a National Holiday Park company, with sites spread throughout the UK.
They currently require a Head Chef to head up the Catering Team at their site North of Scotland. The holiday park is north of Inverness, beside the village of Dornoch (Approx 45 miles from Inverness).
Accommodation is available at the Holiday Park, so we will be keen to hear from Head Chef Candidates throughout the UK.
Role
- Recruiting and managing kitchen team
- Completing rotas
- Compiling orders
- Preparing food
The venue is a holiday park so menu is mainly pub style, traditional breakfasts, wraps and sandwiches lunchtime and pub grub, grills and fish and chips etc at night.
Kitchen team currently of two kitchen assistants, two Kitchen Porters and we are looking for a chef to head them up.
Accommodation is available on Park
Salary up to 25k per annum – depending on experience.
This is a Full time and Permanent position.
