Web Developer - PHP

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled, highly motivated individual to join a Leeds based hosting and solutions provider. They are currently looking to hire an experienced PHP Developer to join the team working full time. You will primarily be working alongside operations staff, developing systems to automate their cloud environment that will be used by their support and infrastructure teams.

You will have a high degree of autonomy and have the ability to shape the direction of projects you are working on. They like people who are opinionated on technology matters and enjoy debating the merits of their solutions. Working within a small and ambitious team getting involved in a variety of projects.

They are a forward-thinking company and will expect and support you in keeping your knowledge broad and your skills up to date.

Applicants should have at least 1 years' experience in development.

Skills / Experience required
- Familiarity with Laravel Framework
- Integration with Web Services or APIs using a variety of styles, such as SOAP, REST, and RPC
- Modern JavaScript technology stack that would most likely be Angular2 or React or VueJS
- Ability to begin brand new projects from scratch
- Version control: Preferably Git

Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of the Webhosting industry and the technologies/products involved.
- Experience working with the Stripe API
