Area Coach

Castlebarn Ltd has an exciting opportunity for an Area Coach to join the team covering  the South East ME14, DA6 and SE6 post codes. The successful candidate will join us on a full time permanent basis and will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum.

Castlebarn Ltd is a well-established KFC franchise who have been operating for over 35 years. Our current estate consists of 12 stores located in the South East and we employ over 500 employees. We also have exciting expansion plans that are already taking shape with 3 new store openings this year!  As a result, we are looking for an Area Coach to join our Operations Team.

What would you be doing?

The focus of an Area Coach role at Castlebarn is to provide transformational leadership and high impact coaching in order to support and inspire their team to achieve breakthrough results.

This  role will require commercial acumen and the ability to think beyond the core operations.  Therefore, this role requires a strategic view which translates into:  

- Setting, engaging and executing the area/region vision

- Analysing trends and pushing yourself and your team to produce multiple solutions to drive step-change performance 

- Thorough commercial and strategic planning as well as execution 

- In-depth management and operational expertise 

- People focused at all levels – rapport and relationship building as well as more formal team and individual development 

- Influencing skills at all levels of the organisation 

- Ability to work remotely yet establish and maintain lasting relationships in store as well with our Head Office team

- Driving the results of each of the restaurants within your area

The ideal Area Coach will have: 

- Great passion and positive energy

- Strong strategic and conceptual thinking skills

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across a variety of stakeholder groups

- The ability to be comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and working with a high degree of autonomy and initiative to deliver results

- Collaborative nature

- Entrepreneurial spirit who possesses the willingness to challenge the status quo

- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment

- A full clean driving licence

- Geographical flexibility which may be required when working across areas.   

Area Coach salary, incentives & benefits 

- Salary of £30,000 per annum 

- Performance related bonus (up to £20,000 per annum available)

- Business travel mileage for own car usage

- NEST pension scheme

- Private healthcare on completion of the probationary period 

- Annual holiday allowance of 5.6 weeks per year
