Premium Credit is the leading insurance premium finance company in the UK and Ireland. They are now looking for a number of passionate Customer Services Advisors to join their team. 

Fostering a fun and fast-moving environment, Premium Credit offers excellent training and ongoing support to ensure that you succeed in your role. 

As a Customer Services Advisor, you’ll provide front line support to Premium Credit’s customers and ensure that an outstanding level of service is delivered. 

Joining a friendly and supportive team, you will strive to resolve all calls at first point of contact and respond to a range of queries from both internal and external customers. 

Specifically, you will: 

- Handle all enquiries in a courteous and responsive manner 
- Maintain and enhance Premium Credit’s commitment to customer care 
- Recommend ways to further improve operations 
- Ensure that up-to-date information is relayed to customers 
- Provide administrative support to the contact centre 

Ready to take on your next challenge? To join the Premium Credit team, you will need: 

- Experience of working in a customer service environment 
- Previous experience of working to targets 
- At a minimum, GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade C or above 

Personable and eager to learn, as a Customer Services Advisor, you’ll have a great telephone manner and excellent communication skills. You’ll also be able to work well, both individually and in a team, even when under pressure. 

Experience in the financial sector would be beneficial to your application, as would call centre experience. A track record of dealing with a high volume of calls would also be advantageous. 

This is a full time role, working Monday – Friday on a shift rotation of 8:00 – 16:00, 9:00 – 17:00, 9:00 – 17:30 and 10:00 – 18:00.
