Credit Hire Litigator

Our client is seeking a Credit Hire Fee Earner to join their expanding team with a Law Firm based in Altrincham, Cheshire.

Due to continuing growth and expansion since their opening they are looking to recruit a Credit Hire Litigator to manage a caseload of small claims and fast track credit hire files. 

• Small claims credit hire experience is essential (minimum of 12 months) and a knowledge of RTA is also essential for this position
• Bonus:  An extremely competitive bonus is available to the successful candidate
• Duties include but are not limited to:
• Handling your own litigated caseload of credit hire small claims & fast track cases
• Drafting court proceedings
• Instructing and briefing counsel
• Taking witness statements
• Collating evidence and assessing the case
• Applications are invited from claimant or defendant fee earners or paralegals with experience in handling your own caseload of credit hire files. Litigation experience is essential.
