Vice President - KYC, Capital Markets

You will be responsible for leading a team of KYC professionals to delivery services and manage risk. You will Acquire and balances resources, set performance targets, hold employees accountable for performance, oversee and approve overtime, and develop staff. The Vice President, KYC is accountable for the development of a strong robust framework for full and complete due diligence. Within the team, the VP provides leadership to ensure appropriate training, guidance and technical coaching of KYC staff happens, acts as an SME on KYC & CDD issues, continuously assesses and improves the work processes and procedures to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the team. Outside the team, the VP is a senior representative of the Capital Markets AML function in Europe, interacting with and representing the function to multiple levels of stakeholders and managing stakeholder interactions both with the team in Europe and coordinating relationships with the global AML KYC team. Knowledge: University degree and/or demonstrated equivalent experience CAMS designation 5 years'+ experience in KYC Technical working knowledge of KYC, Quality Assurance and Financial Crime policies and procedures within the 1st line of defence Understanding of investment and wholesale banking
