Good All Rounder - Administration

We are looking for a good all rounder to join our team. You will be a hard working, bright individual and have a basic ability to think on your feet.

You will need a smart, intelligent, common sense approach to all tasks - whether dealing with customer bookings or assisting with finance or marketing tasks.

You will be willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into the following areas: reception duties, reservations, capacity management, retail, filing and basic finance tasks, marketing assistance, including website and social media content management.
Other flexible tasks as required by business needs will require a can-do attitude.

Your written English will be to higher level or equivalent, making you a capable copy writer.
Advanced knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office is essential as well as intuitive approach to learning new programs and software.

You may be a recent marketing or business graduate looking to gain business experience and willing to learn.

Nick Nairn Cook School operates Wednesday - Sunday, weekend working essential to this role.
