Business Development Manager
We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Business Development Manager with new ideas, enthusiasm and skills to support our growing operation across the Greater Manchester territory.
If you’re ambitious, driven and have business development/sales experience in an innovative B2B environment we want to hear from you.
Reporting directly to the Aftersales Director and working closely with the business support team, you will understand our customers needs and provide them with the right solution for the only business that matters, theirs.
We are a customer focused business. We work together to put the customer first and you will be an integral link in sharing and embracing that approach by delivering our customer first strategy.
The Role:
- Promoting our outstanding customer industry KPIs.
- Being the brand ambassador for West Pennine Trucks.
- Generating new leads to develop our aftersales business.
- Engaging our customers and building long term relationships.
- Developing our portfolio of aftersales support programmes.
- Undertaking business presentations to sell the services we provide.
- Working with and analysing market information to promote our unique features over the competition.
- Attending industry events, where necessary. Promoting our business and yourself.
- Updating and utilising our CRM system accurately.
