This award-winning company in Kent, is a market leader in providing installation and support to customers with gating access requirements throughout the UK. Through their constant use and development of innovative technology, a new division has been created showcasing the world's first mobile solar gated access system - SOSEC.

Due to the growth of this division there is a need for an ambitious sales representative to become part of their small divisional team, which is expected to have global presence within the next 3 years. Are you up for a challenge!

The Position
- Providing support to the back office and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Research new accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

The Person
- Creative, can-do attitude, professional. Experience gained in the building/ construction industry would be beneficial but not essential if willing to learn a new sector
- Successful track record of building sales turnover and developing sales pipeline
- Experience working with web based or similar CRM
- Customer focussed individual with good commercial and negotiation acumen
- Leadership skills to influence and motivate others to achieve a task
- Self-starter, energetic and an excellent communicator and presenter through all mediums including IT
- Team player with personality!
