Your new company
You will be joining a business that supplies creative products to trade and consumers across the UK, they are a profitable business with a small and effective team covering creative and operational functions. Over the recent years, they have experienced strong growth in certain target market sectors and are now keen to bring on board a like minded commercial professional who can contribute to their continued growth.#

Your new role
Reporting into an inspirational Managing Director who has been at the helm of business for the last 10 years, you will join as Commercial Manager and alongside the Directors you will plan and carry out direct marketing and sales activities so as to maintain and develop sales of their product ranges to the UK market in accordance with agreed business plans; alongside running the office and business administration in the absence of the Company Directors.

Specifically you will carry out effective sales and marketing activity to the database of c.200,000 retail customers and c.10,000 business customers to agreed budgets, values and timescales; along with developing ideas to grow the customer base. You will also have oversight of market research, competitor analysis and website management.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this business you will be self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and have a clear focus on high quality and business profit. You will be a natural forward planner who critically assesses their own performance and has a mature outlook and is comfortable in dealing with senior company executives from a sales perspective.
