Due to expansion need to recruit resourceful and enthusiastic staff, at all levels, for our homes based in the following locations.

Broadstairs, Margate, Sarre, Canterbury and Maidstone.

Suitable candidates will usually have experience of working with challenging behaviour and hold (or working towards) suitable qualification (NVQ Level 3 in CYP) and or relevant teaching qualifications whilst experience is highly valued we are also keen to interview staff with limited experience but with good aptitude. Residential staff  need to be flexible and able to work hours on a rota, including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, plus sleep in duties.
