Job Requirements
*Experience in Server/Desktop management solutions & process (OS management, device management, patching, inventory, reporting)
*In depth knowledge of Radia Patch Manager and Radia Client design experience
*RCA Infrastructure tuning including RCS loading analysis, RMS configuration, bandwidth throttling.
*RCA OS Management including LDS and LMEs, wim images and WAIK
*Experience of Application packaging and its related technologies and practices. Advantageous - Wise Package studio and/or Wise for Windows Installers skills.
*Excellent level of Windows technical knowledge, preferably Microsoft MCP or MCSE qualified. Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems
*Scripting including vbs, TCL and Rexx
*Have overview knowledge of ITIL Service Management processes and practices.
*Exhibit excellent communications skills with proven experience of handling difficult customers.
*Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for delivering an excellent customer service. Strive to over deliver on Service Level Agreements to delight the customer.
*A positive attitude towards teamwork and contribute to the achievement of Team Goals.
Desirable Skills
*ITIL Foundation level, VB/PowerShell Scripting and
*Knowledge about Microsoft Operating Systems, SQL
*BMC BladeLogic Server Automation and Microsoft SCCM knowledge.
