Full Stack Developer - Birmingham

A fantastic opportunity to work for a Market Leading Financial organisation who is a pioneer for some of the latest technologies around.

The ideal candidates will be a confident developer who can quickley on board and add value to projects. The architecture is based on REST services in C# using Entity Framework, an API for integration and a Front End (Single Page Application) in AngularJS 2/TypeScript based ecosystem.

Core Skills Required;

  • Highly experienced in AngularJS 2/TypeScript/Bootstrap/NodeJS & jQuery (pref. within a 'Single Page Application' architecture) with solid understanding of Object Oriented Design required
  • Fully versed in HTML5, SSAS/CSS based design & module bundling tools (Webpack esp)
  • Demonstrable understanding of test-driven design; writing unit/integration & end-to-end tests for modern UI & JavaScript testing tools (PhantomJS, Karma Runner, Jasmine etc)
  • Relational databases (SQL preferably) with Entity Framework
  • Experienced in writing, consuming RESTful services (JSON)

Desirable Skills;

  • CI/CD Knowledge
  • Jenkins or Similar CI Integration tools
  • Experience with NoSQL DBs such as MongoDB/Firebase
  • APP Insights from Microsoft
