Residential Estate Maintenance Operative

Our fast expanding Client based in Doncaster are looking to expand their team and looking for a suitable candidate to be responsible for Maintenance of Residential and Commercial portfolios. A maintenance Operative with plumbing skills primarily but importantly an all rounder with the ability to turn their hand to other works, including cleaning and clearing accommodations, painting and decorating, garden maintenance, minor joinery works I.e window and door repairs. Knowledge of health and safety competences essential and knowledge of third party contract management/supervision an advantage. You should be self motivated, contentious and self disciplined, willing to work flexible hours if required. A good communicator with good English skills and ability to work on your own as well as part of a team.

Working Monday - Friday (40hrs) but flexibility is required
