Our client is looking for an Office / HR Administrator. The successful candidate will be joining Recruitment company based in Letchworth.

This is a full-time or part time role involves a variety of duties:

General admin;
Scheduling workloads
Inputting data of various kinds
Completing general administrative tasks
Raising sales invoices;
Customers communications via the platform.
Dealing with customer queries.
The role also entails assigning jobs, scheduling the workload and dealing with any queries.

Requirement and Attributes:

With a proactive approach to problem solving, have a positive attitude towards things.
A high level of numeracy and good attention to detail.
High level of time management and personal organisation.
Excel, PowerPoint, word, & Microsoft project skills.
Data analysis skills.
