Our client, a local independent Estate Agent are seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their friendly, professional team based in Southend on Sea.
Responsibilities:
Meet & greet customers in a positive, enthusiastic manner
Qualify applicants, match them to suitable properties & keep them updated
Book viewings & valuations
Attend viewings
Negotiating offers
Keep both vendor and buyer updated on sale process throughout
Diary management
Office duties, admin, sale memorandums etc
Requirements:
Minimum of 12 months' experience working within Estate Agency
Proven track record of generating new business
Energetic, enthusiastic & driven individual
Full clean UK drivers licence
Well spoken & articulate
Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday (Some Saturday work may be required - not essential)
Salary/ Package: In return, my clients are offering a generous basic of between GBP15,000 - GBP16,000 dependant on experience with a realistic OTE of around GBP25,000 in your first year.
