Have at least 2 years' experience of working within a fast paced manufacturing environment - preferably within the food industry;

Are able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English - have GCSE Grade A-C level or equivalent in English Language;

Have Food Safety In Manufacturing Level 2 qualification would be advantageous;

Have an operational knowledge of health and safety requirements;

Are numerate - have GCSE Grade A-C level or equivalent in Mathematics;

Have an awareness of high quality standards and can adhere to these standards;

Are an effective team player with a "can do" approach to work;

Are able to work accurately, safely and in a methodical manner under pressure;

Are reliable and can work shifts (days and nights) including a continuous 12 hour pattern; and

Can show eligibility to work in the UK
