Purchase / Order Administrator
GBP17k-GBP20k Basic Salary (negotiable depending on experience).
Alecto Recruitment Ltd is currently seeking a Purchase / Order Administrator to join a leading client of ours who provide a range of services from installation, service & maintenance works across the Building Services industry.
Location - to be considered you'll need to live within a commutable distance to Preston, Lancashire.
The Role & Responsibilities:
- Process order requests from Service Engineers and Contracts Managers through call handling system.
- Chase suppliers and monitor delivery and allocation of materials ordered.
- Match supplier invoices onto call handling system.
- Liaise and assist other Team members
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Heating Industry an advantage and preferable.
- Similar order / purchase administration experience is essential.
